Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in LoadRunner and k6 to design, develop, execute, and analyze performance tests for web, API, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying performance bottlenecks, validating system scalability, and ensuring applications meet performance and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop performance test strategies, plans, and scripts using LoadRunner and k6.
Create and maintain reusable performance testing frameworks and assets.
Execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, and volume testing.
Analyze Performance test results and identify system bottlenecks.
Monitor application, server, database, and network performance during test execution.
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.




Prepare performance test reports with actionable recommendations.

Madatory Skills

Performance Testing Tools
Solid experience with:
LoadRunner
k6
Experience with load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.

Scripting & Programming
JavaScript (required for k6 scripting)
Basic Knowledge of C/VuGen scripting in LoadRunner
Experience with Python, Java, or Shell scripting is a plus

Monitoring & Analysis
Performance monitoring tools such as:
Dynatrace
AppDynamics
Grafana
Prometheus

Preferred Skills
Cloud performance testing experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with microservices and distributed architectures.
Knowledge of performance engineering practices.
