Job Description
Attending AMC / CAMC visits
Providing services for chillers under warranty
Attending trouble shooting and breakdown calls for chillers
Supervision of Chiller unloading, installation commissioning
Achieve targets for Spares and Service business
Follow-up to recover outstanding payments
Providing training to customer s O M team, handing over of chiller to Customer after commissioning
Generating inquiries for spares and Value Added Product
Arranging suitable vendors / contractors for chiller erection / shut down jobs, if required
Technical support / solutions to customers
Increase customer satisfaction levels
Collection of TDS, C-Forms and other documents from Customers as and when required
Qualification :
We would prefer ITI (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) OR Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical).
