Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and verify CNC milling programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-precision components.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and specifications to ensure accurate programming and machining.
Utilize CAM software (Solid CAM, CATIA, NX, Unigraphics, PowerMill, Delcam, HyperMill) for productive toolpath generation and simulation.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
Perform tool selection, fixture design, and setup planning to maximize efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and safety regulations.
Conduct program troubleshooting and provide technical support to machine operators.
Maintain documentation of programs, revisions, and process improvements.
