Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and offer management.
Understand manpower requirements from respective departments and prepare/update job descriptions accordingly.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and provide regular updates on open positions.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
Support onboarding activities including joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Assist in attendance, leave management, HRMS updates, and other HR operational activities.




Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and provide necessary support.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and operational reports as required.
Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust coordination and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Positive organisational and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in recruitment for technical and non-technical, or corporate roles will be preferred.
