Job Summary :

We are looking for agile and detail-oriented Commerce/Finance graduates to join our team as IPO Apprentices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial data processing and capital market operations. The selected candidates will work on United States IPO (Initial Public Offering) processes, where they will review, analyze, and accurately enter information from IPO-related forms into the client database. The data maintained by the team serves as a critical source of information for stakeholders and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review US IPO-related forms received from clients on a daily basis.

• Extract and enter data accurately into the client database as per defined guidelines.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high data quality standards.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain and update master databases used for stakeholder reporting.





• Follow process documentation, compliance requirements, and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and process-related queries.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.

• Basic understanding of finance, banking, and capital markets.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work in a process-oriented setting and meet daily deadlines.
