Role & Responsibilities
Assess and support students with special educational needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide one-on-one and small-group interventions.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure inclusive learning.
Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
Promote a secure, supportive, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree with B.Ed. in Special Education.
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Special Educator in a school.
RCI registration preferred.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Passionate about inclusive education and student development.
