Identify need for business process change directly or in collaboration based on the inputs from internal audit report, quality control report & operational risk assessment.
Obtaining inputs from all stakeholders through effective collaboration
Lead all phases of project delivery representing interests of the Operations / Compliance / Audit / Operations Risk unit within the overall regulatory and internal guidelines
Co-coordinating resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) for timely completion of BAUs.
Monitoring project progress through timely and accurate status reporting, including risks, issues,



action items and change controls.
Developing and maintaining project plans/timelines with timely escalations for appropriate interventions
Leading/participating in meetings at the stakeholder, operational and project level
Monitoring & resolving all the complaints/Queries related to Cutomer s Credit details with CICs, received from RBI, GRO or any other statutory body.
