Role & responsibilities

Purpose of the Role
What: To deliver best-in-class customer experience aligned to organizational standards in sales towards the achievement of Net Promoter Score (NPS).
How: This will be executed by fact-based analysis, deep understanding of issues, thoughtful development & deployment of system-level actions (people, process, tech, policy), and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) through robust daily work management rooted in TQM (Total Quality Management).

Key Responsibilities (Role Description)
Process & Adequacy Feedback: Continuous feedback to HO on Customer and Business-related processes and standards of the dealership; assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the Process for Result.
Dealership Coaching: Coach the Dealership team to implement processes and carry out PDCA to get sustained results.
Capability & Competency Development:



Identify gap areas in dealership sales team capability and deploy for training to develop competency. Ensure skill matrix-based training for key dealership roles (FDE, DSE, DSM, DSPOC & ADBDM).
Audit Management: Execute self-audit processes at the dealership and train the team to establish a self-audit culture.
Review Cadence Support: Support DOEs in executing review cadence events such as dealer cluster forums for cross-learning, reviewing, and grooming recent, underperforming, or weak dealers. Enable horizontal deployment of best practices through cluster forums.
Digital Governance: Ensure adherence to digital tools & dashboards, integrating these digital platform outputs toward daily governance at the dealership.
Quality Culture: Support 5S & TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) culture initiatives at selected dealerships.
