Follow the selling process and adhere to standard operating procedures and organizational policies.
Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.
Utilize time effectively to upgrade communication skills, gain knowledge of SOPs, and manage stock.
Complete operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports, related to store opening and closing.
Handle customer inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, and billing.
Meet established sales objectives by effectively selling products and services and address/resolve customer escalations professionally.
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and stand in an enclosed area for 100% of the shift while assisting customers.

Job Requirements
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in retail sales.




Availability to work during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Well-groomed, highly motivated, and possess a strong passion for sales.
Proficient in spoken English.
Robust interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Candidates must be based in Lucknow only.
Open to experienced specialists.
Salary will be between 20-25k per month based on last salary.
