Role & responsibilities
Engage with hotel and hospitality clients to understand business challenges and requirements.
Conduct discovery meetings and solution workshops with key stakeholders.
Design and propose customized AI, SaaS, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
Lead the end-to-end pre-sales process, including solutioning, proposal creation, and presentations.
Deliver product demonstrations focused on business outcomes and ROI.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to develop client-specific solutions.
Support business development efforts by identifying and nurturing recent prospects.
Assist in deal strategy, commercial discussions, and proposal negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the hospitality sector.




Provide customer feedback to internal teams to enhance products and offerings.
Maintain accurate pipeline, prospect, and account management records.

Preferred candidate profile
7 - 10 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Consultative Selling.
Experience in Hospitality, Hotel Technology, SaaS, AI, or Digital Transformation solutions.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, and revenue management.
Proven ability to conduct client discovery, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.
Experience with PMS, CRS, RMS, or other hospitality technology platforms is preferred.
MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred.
Candidates from hospitality technology vendors, consulting firms, or hotel brands are highly preferred.
