Role: Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer for High-Speed Serial Links

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs

Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Responsibilities:
Hands-on Design of High-Speed Custom Analog/Digital, Ring Oscillators, Dividers, Bias Blocks (Voltage & Current references), in lower FinFET technology nodes.
Verification of Block Modules end-to-end: AC, Transient, Noise, PERC, EM & IR, Reliability checks, Co-Simulations of Analog + Digital (RTL) etc.
Independently guide Layout Engineer & perform Post-Layout Design fix iterations.
Debug functional and performance issues in simulations
Adaptable to take different tasks in project.
Execute tasks with minimum supervision/tracking.
Have accountability and ownership on blocks & tasks assigned.
3 way NDA is required to support this position
Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso (Schematic Capture, ViVa, ADE), Spectre and HSPICE circuit simulation tools.
AMS/High speed custom digital design end-to-end verification flows (pre-layout, post-layout, AC,



Transient, Noise, PERC, EMIR, Reliability checks etc.)
Solid knowledge of CMOS Basics & Performance Metrics of AMS/High speed custom digital blocks
Basic exposure to layout techniques with attention to review the layouts and provide constraints.
Experience in lower FinFET technology nodes: 5nm and below.
Hands-on Design Experience in High-Speed Serial Link Blocks (Tx, Rx, Serializer, Deserializer, Clock Distribution, High Speed Delay Cells), Clocking (Oscillators, PLL), Flops, Dividers, Bias Blocks
Using AI to develop Scripts/Automations.

Job Deliverables:
Design implementation to meet PPA goals.
Create and check all relevant design views using sign-off tools.
Documentation as per requirement.

Qualifications & Experiences:
B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D in Electronics/VLSI
2-5yrs experience in Analog & Mixed Signal Design
