Job Description:
Recent product development and innovation in beverages for Xpress vertical
Menu management
Process management for recent products-development, costing, training and execution
Develop SOP and training content pertaining to new products
Competition review for better market understanding
Inter departmental co ordination for effective execution

Degree Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, Culinary Arts or a related field. Additional certifications in product development would be beneficial.

Key requirements:

5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in product development, culinary arts, or a related field.
Experience in developing current food and beverage products, managing costing processes, and creating SOPs.
Familiarity with coordinating photo shoots for recent product launches and collaborating with marketing teams.
Previous experience in a training or supervisory role would be advantageous.
