Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Architect with 10+ years of software development experience and extensive expertise in MongoDB application development and architecture. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in designing scalable, high-performance MongoDB-based applications, defining data models, and implementing enterprise-grade NoSQL solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for designing application architecture, developing MongoDB-based solutions, optimizing performance, establishing best practices, and mentoring development teams. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and up-to-date application frameworks is highly desirable.

MongoDB Architecture
Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available MongoDB architectures.
Define enterprise data models for document-based databases.




Design sharding, replication, indexing, and partitioning strategies.
Establish MongoDB architecture standards and best practices.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance.
