Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The recruiter should be well-versed in contemporary recruitment practices and capable of hiring for multiple roles across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical or final rounds.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Job Posting & Branding:
Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
Promote the companys employer brand through recruitment campaigns and outreach activities.
Coordination & Documentation:
Schedule interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and interviewers.




Handle pre-employment documentation and follow up on background verification.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Onboarding Support:
Coordinate with the HR operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and legal regulations.
Provide periodic hiring status updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (non-IT/technical hiring preferred).
Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work under pressure.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
