Job Description:

Attend the trainers programme scheduled and get certified

Deliver minimum 3weeks of On the Job Training every month for staff deputed at fuel pumps on highways and city outskirts.

Training to be delivered as per the calendar shared by the Project Manager.

Effective delivery of Training

To keep self-updated on Training content

Conduct end of the day assessment of participants.

Conduct end of the programme certifications tests as updated by the Project Manager.

Give feedback to content Team regarding content.

Give inputs on Training needs based on interaction with participants during the programme.

To study and recommend improvement or recent processes for training delivery.

Reports to be sent to the Project Manager.

Must be ready for extensive travel (minimum 21 days per month) across the base state and nearby states as required.

Should have experience in delivering soft skills and technical training.

Skills Required:-





Must have valuable communication skills verbal and written

Must understand, read and write English in addition to Hindi and local language. Reading/ Writing / speaking of an additional language are required.

Must have prior experience of delivering Functional / Process training.

Must have a passion for training.

Must be conversant with, computer usage

Should be physically fit and capable to do stand-up training, as the job would entail Physical training of skills in the open.

Should be capable of lifting heavy objects like fire extinguishers.

Pleasing Personality for Training and Patient in approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: Below 30 years

Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Engg.

Joining: Immediate / within 15 days

Payroll: Third Party

Additional Requirements:
Must own a laptop
Willing to travel at short notice
Local language proficiency is a must
