We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chat Support Executive to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, resolving queries and concerns efficiently.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers via chat, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, leveraging knowledge of CRM systems and IT-enabled services.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall customer experience.
Work in a fast-paced setting,



managing multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in BPO or IT-enabled services.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and IT-enabled services, along with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a energetic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Robust analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
