Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end training programs for Title Search, Title Commitment, Title Insurance, and Closing processes
Design, develop, and implement training modules, SOPs, and learning frameworks
Conduct current hire onboarding and continuous learning sessions for existing teams
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and bridge skill gaps
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Ensure adherence to US Mortgage compliance, quality standards, and process guidelines
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
810 years of experience in US Mortgage Title domain
Proven experience as a Trainer / Senior Trainer
Strong understanding of title search,



property records, and mortgage documentation
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple training programs effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Learning & Development (L&D;) or process training
Familiarity with mortgage tools such as Netronline, Encompass.
Certifications in training or mortgage domain are an added advantage.
