Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP Project System (PS) module based on business requirements.
Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
Design and configure Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones).
Configure Project Planning, Budgeting, Cost Planning, and Revenue Planning.
Manage Project Execution, Time Confirmation, Resource Planning, and Progress Tracking.
Configure Project Settlement and integration with Finance.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments, reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and knowledge transfer documents.
Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.

Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of SAP PS functional experience.




Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA workplace.
Hands-on experience in:
Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities)
Project Planning & Scheduling
Cost Planning & Budgeting
Availability Control
Project Execution
Milestones & Progress Analysis
Resource Planning
Project Settlement
Results Analysis
Revenue Recognition
Solid integration knowledge with:
SAP CO
SAP FI
SAP MM
SAP SD
SAP PM (Preferred)
Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
Experience in support, enhancements, and rollout projects.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for Project System is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP PS Certification is an added advantage.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
