Plan and control Production activities to achieve target as per schedule.
To achieve Product quality through Process Adherence as per Control Plan.
Preparing and monitoring all production related documents and reports.
Reduce FI rejection and cable Rework.
Monitoring of Tools & Poka-Yoke.
4 M change management and handling abnormalities.
Preparing and monitoring workers Skill Matrix and On Job Training records.
Handling Customer Audits, IATF & EMS Audits.
Responsible to reduce over time.
Responsible to increase productivity and decrease scrap.
To ensure 100% secure working condition.
100% NC Closures /Action Plan monitoring/ Customer Visit /Audit handling.
Participate in TPM activities.
Maintaining 5'S' & participate in KAIZEN activity
