Key Responsibilities
Market Penetration: Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients who require staffing and manpower solutions.
Client Acquisition: Cold call, network, and leverage social media (LinkedIn) to secure meetings with HR Heads and Decision Makers.
Strategic Tie-ups: Pitch AIV Entrepreneurs' services, highlighting our ability to provide quality talent quickly and efficiently.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth transition to the recruitment team.
Contract Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and finalize SLAs and commercial terms in line with company standards.
Industry Agnostic Approach: Research and target emerging sectors to ensure a diversified client portfolio.

Preferred Experience:
Experience: Hands on Experience in Business Development (Experience in a Manpower/Staffing agency is a huge plus).




The "Hunter" Mentality: A proven track record of bringing in recent business from scratch.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to C-suite executives.
Networking: Solid existing network of HR professionals or corporate leaders is highly desirable.
Adaptability: Ability to understand the manpower needs of various industries quickly.
Experience working with or acquiring clients with hiring requirements similar to Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, or other delivery and logistics companies will be an advantage.
