Job Description
To build Direct distribution and to achieve the assigned targets
Call and meet potential customers based on leads generated from the Apollo 24|7 platform.
Explain product advantages and convert leads into sales through effective communication.
Provide expert advice on health insurance plans that best suit the customer's needs.
Regular reviewing & tracking of Entrepreneurs performance.
Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities.
To organize sales campaign & product launches
Ensuring adherence to end to end business process within the specified timelines.
Responsible for hygiene of business sourced by their unit.
Ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
Should be capable enough to give market insights and explore current prospects to develop business.

Skills Required
Graduation with 1 to 6 years of experience in sales.
From Health & Life Insurance, Hard core Retail sales guy from any industry.
Experience in handling large team of freelancer / partners.
