We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Emergency Staff Nurse (ER Nurse) to provide immediate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling medical emergencies, performing rapid patient assessments, and working effectively in a rapid-paced setting while ensuring excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate and effective emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize treatment based on the severity of the patient's condition (Triage).
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in their medical condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, blood products, and emergency treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist physicians during emergency procedures, trauma care, resuscitation,



and patient stabilization.
Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment, including cardiac monitors, defibrillators, ventilators, infusion pumps, and ECG machines.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient assessments, treatments, medications, and progress.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
Participate in emergency response drills, continuing education, and career development programs
