We are hiring International Service Desk Executives for a leading IT organization. This role involves providing technical support to international end-users and resolving infrastructure-related issues through calls, chat, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to international end-users via phone, chat, and service requests
Handle incidents and service interruptions to minimize downtime
Log, manage, and update tickets in the internal ticketing system
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions
Contribute to knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through skilled service





Eligibility Criteria
Freshers:
Must have a technical background (B.Tech / B.E. or similar qualification)
Solid English communication skills (Read, Write Speak)
Experienced Candidates:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Service Desk / IT Support / Technical Support
Candidates from any educational background may apply
