Job Description
CA/ICWA candidates are preferred. Otherwise, candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of Post Graduate (MBA/M.Com or equivalent).
Should have 811+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO with SAP S/4HANA experience. Experience in FSCM and Funds Management is an added advantage.
Must have worked on at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation or support projects with hands-on experience in Product Costing and COPA within the Controlling module.
Should have at least 4 end-to-end implementation and support project experience.
Basic knowledge of SAP Finance (S/4HANA) FI submodules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Asset Accounting.
Experience in SAP Finance month-end closing activities, validations, substitutions, and reporting.
Should have worked on at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in the Controlling module.
Hands-on experience in SAP Controlling, including:
Overhead Cost Controlling
Product Cost Planning
Cost Object Controlling
Actual Costing and Material Ledger (ML)
Profitability Analysis (COPA)
COPA Planning
Settlement
Month-End Closing Process




Experience with integration between SAP FICO and MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
Robust domain experience in Finance.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a Team Lead role with the ability to interact with customer top management.
SAP Certification is preferred.
Positive understanding of business processes.
Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Building Blocks.
Ability to design and configure business scenarios.
Solution-oriented with the ability to provide business solutions.
Knowledge of User Exits, BAPIs, and data upload tools such as LSMW, BDC, and LTMC.
Experience in developing functional specifications for new developments and change requests.
Monitor day-to-day support tickets and ensure timely closure.
Analyze issues and provide effort estimates.
Prepare functional specification documents for changes and enhancements.
Resolve issues within defined SLA timelines.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues related to assigned objects.
Solid interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel for project requirements.
Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
