Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for IT recruitment and staffing services
Identify decision-makers and collect accurate client contact information
Perform cold calling, cold outreach, and follow-ups
Use multiple platforms to source leads, including:
Apollo
LinkedIn
Reddit
Discord
Clay
Other lead generation and outreach platforms
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
Coordinate with sales and recruitment teams to ensure lead conversion
Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in lead generation




Proven experience in IT recruitment lead collection
Robust exposure to cold calling and outbound communication
Hands-on experience using lead generation tools and platforms:
Apollo
LinkedIn
Reddit
Discord
Clay
etc.
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
