KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
RISE S/4HANA ownership: Oversee tenant provisioning, upgrades, patches, release planning, performance, and incident/problem management; drive capacity planning, HA/DR testing, and SLA compliance with SAP and SIs
Core Basis/HANA: Lead kernel/stack updates, SUM/DMO planning, client/system copies, refreshes, transport controls, performance tuning, root cause analysis, and landscape strategy across non-prod/prod.
SAP BTP administration: Govern subaccounts, entitlements/quotas, IAS/IPS trust, destination/credential management, service instances/keys, and integration to RISE and third-party IdPs; collaborate on extensions while enforcing clean-core
Ariba administration: Coordinate Ariba tenant ops, CIG/Integration Suite connectivity, user lifecycle controls, certificate/key rotation, and supplier enablement integrations; ensure SSO via IAS.
Cloud ALM: Implement monitoring, job/health checks, change and test orchestration; drive observability KPIs, alerts, and automation for proactive operations and release assurance.
Transport management and DevOps: Implement transport strategies across S/4HANA and BTP using Active Control (Git-branching, approvals, retrofit/auto-repair,



risk checks) to improve velocity and compliance.
Vendor/SI governance: Manage RISE and SI partners for SLAs, escalations, capacity and cost optimization; lead CABs and architecture boards.
Team leadership: Mentor Basis/BTP administrators, define SOPs, shift-left practices, on-call rotations, and skills uplift; manage workload, budgets, and resource planning.
Manage major incidents (P1/P2) and ensure 24x7 availability for critical issue support.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Robust knowledge of SAP BASIS core concepts, HANA administration, and performance tuning.
Experience with EWA reports, ABAP dumps, and system log analysis.
Familiarity with certificate management, SNC configurations, and RFC setups.
Proficient in troubleshooting system connectivity and application integration issues.
Knowledge of global change management (CAB) and escalation handling.
Understanding of printer/spool management and system backup/restore processes.
Get familiar with latest technology and have social connect.
