Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and local marketing.
Site Assessment & System Design: Evaluate roofs and properties for solar feasibility, estimating system size (kW) and energy output.
Customer Education: Explain solar technology, the installation process, and the financial advantages (like ROI and government subsidies) in transparent terms.
Proposals & Quoting: Calculate costs, prepare customized project proposals, and present financing or EMI options.




Sales Closure & CRM Management: Negotiate contracts, close sales, and maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM software.
Typical Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a technical field like engineering is highly preferred.
Experience: 13 years of direct consumer sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, insurance, or telecommunications.
