Key Responsibilities –
10–15 years of JD Edwards experience with solid focus on Homebuilder Management (HBM) or Project Management




Hands on experience with JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 implementations for construction or homebuilding clients
Proven exposure to large US homebuilders and production construction models

Functional Expertise
Deep knowledge of:
JDE Homebuilder Foundation
Procurement & Subcontract Management
Job Costing and Commitments
Accounts Payable and Financial integration
Robust understanding of residential construction lifecycle and cost structures

Architectural & Delivery Skills
ERP solution architecture and cross module integration
Ability to work effectively in onsite–offshore delivery models
Robust documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
Experience working as offshore design authority or lead consultant
