Proven experience in Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
Hands-on experience sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other job portals.
Robust knowledge of Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Valuable understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Experience working with clients, hiring managers, and vendors is an added advantage.
