Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring requirements.
Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate rates, salaries, and other terms with candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
