Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing new features for our Android TV application, improving, and maintaining the existing codebase, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the app is high-quality and performs well, and writing explicit and concise technical documentation.

Requirements for the role include
a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Android app development, strong experience in Android TV development and design principles, experience with video streaming.
Familiarity with Kotlin and Java programming languages, knowledge of software design patterns and best practices, and robust communication and collaboration skills.

Skillset:
In Depth Knowledge on Android Basic components and Use cases




Must be efficient in Jetpack Compose Worked on at least one real time application using the same.
Usage of Jetpack architecture Components
Experience working on at least 1 Android TV app which is in play store.
Knowledge on Video streaming
Exposure to Android Ad Tech platform is a plus.
Strong debugging Skills
Excellent grip on App Design patterns like MVC, MVP, MVVM, MVI

Working knowledge on
Networking libraries
Solid in Java and Kotlin
Knowledge on Data Structures
Usage of Debugging and Performance tools
Productive in writing Unit and Espresso tests.
