Job Summary :

The role is responsible for reviewing KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure all metrics remain within accepted thresholds. The incumbent will drive continuous performance improvement while ensuring backlog and past-due percentages are maintained within defined SLAs. The role also focuses on achieving productivity and quality goals through a resolution-driven approach.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Review KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure all metrics are within accepted standards
Drive continuous performance and grade improvement across the team
Ensure backlog and past-due percentages are maintained within defined SLAs
Ensure the team consistently meets productivity and quality goals
Promote a resolution-based working approach and ensure adherence to the DDIE model
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and identify, implement, and track improvement opportunities
Mentor and coach team members as required
Coordinate with the Quality team to identify gaps and mitigate issues by providing regular feedback to the team
Act as a problem solver for the team,



identify prospects within the DDIE model, and manage team absenteeism

Job Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with strong expertise in AR Calling with 2 years experience in People Management role.
Hands-on experience with both Federal and Commercial insurances in a provider setup
Robust knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearinghouse (CH) and payer rejections, and end-to-end RCM processes
Good understanding of major AR scenarios and experience working with multiple payers (added advantage)
Excellent communication and strong analytical skills
Solid multitasking ability, capable of taking active call notes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
