Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in selling digital marketing services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.




Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Robust problem-solving and time management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services company is an added advantage.
