Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan business through direct sales, referrals, DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
Identify and acquire recent customers for Home Loan and related mortgage products.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, builders, and business associates.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Ensure timely documentation and loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, Banking Sales, or Housing Finance.
Solid sales orientation and customer relationship management skills.
