Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting Conventions event spaces, generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and maintaining robust relationships with clients, event planners, corporates, and wedding organizers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital inquiries.
Handle customer inquiries and provide venue presentations and site tours.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings for weddings, receptions, corporate events, exhibitions, and social gatherings.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop relationships with event planners, wedding planners, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Follow up on pending inquiries and negotiate commercial terms.
Identify recent business opportunities and market trends.





Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
3 - 8 years of experience in sales, hospitality sales, event sales, real estate sales, or customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Solid presentation and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work on weekends and event schedules when required.
