Unicon Systems is a rapid-growing IT staffing and recruitment company specializing in permanent and contract hiring across multiple technology domains. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team immediately.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.




Achieve the recruitment targets and performance goals set by the company.
Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure timely closures.

Required Skills:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Immediate joiner or can join within 15 days.
Self-motivated and eager to achieve recruitment targets.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willing to work from the Hyderabad office (Hi-Tech City).
