Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the project site.
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Registration teams for smooth customer service.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding construction updates, payment schedules, documentation, and possession timelines.
Schedule and coordinate customer site visits, and handover activities.
Follow up with customers for pending payments, required documents, and agreement execution.
Ensure timely execution of Sale Agreements, Registrations, and Handover formalities.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Coordinate with facility management during possession and post-possession support.
Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
