Act as a team player, collaborating with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Provide solid front-end development expertise using ReactJS, focusing on performance, usability, and responsive design
Apply solid back-end development skills using .NET, building scalable APIs and services
Design, develop, and maintain applications leveraging Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, Functions, storage)
Lead and manage the development team, offering technical guidance, mentoring, and support
Oversee task planning, code reviews, and enforcement of development best practices
Work closely to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Liaise with business users and stakeholders to gather feedback, clarify needs, and ensure successful outcomes
Drive end-to-end delivery across front-end (ReactJS), back-end (.NET), and cloud (Azure) settings
Foster a team-oriented team culture, encouraging continuous learning, ownership, and improvement
Has some experience of using AI in the development process
