Key Responsibility Areas:
Apply daily cash receipts (ACH, wire transfers, checks, credit cards) to customer accounts in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blackline, NetSuite, JD Edwards ).
Reconcile unapplied and misapplied payments and resolve discrepancies with internal teams or customers via email.
Initiate contact with customers to obtain remittance information for unidentified or incomplete payments.
Investigating and manually applying cash remittances that were not automatically processed by the system.
Perform a variety of maintenance functions within Oracle Accounts Receivable application to ensure customer accounts are accurately and timely maintained. To include bank fee,



charge backs, wire fee, and daily adjustments.
Assist in month-end closing processes
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payment status.
Template remittances daily

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of experience in cash application.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Blackline etc.)
Experience with automated cash application tools or lockbox processing.
Familiarity with B2B payment processes and banking portals.
