Job Title: Data Protection Lead (Individual Contributor Role)

Experience: 3 to 6 years.

Qualification: B. Tech

Job Location: Hyderabad, Head Quarter

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor DPDP Act compliance programs.
Conduct privacy impact and data protection assessments.
Maintain records of personal data processing activities.
Manage consent, data subject rights requests, and grievance handling.
Coordinate personal data breach response and reporting.
Review contracts with vendors and third parties for privacy compliance. Develop privacy policies, notices, and employee awareness programs.

Required Skills
Knowledge of the DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules.
Understanding of privacy frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27701, and ISO 27001.
Risk assessment and compliance management.
Data governance and information security concepts.
Data Security, DSPM, DLP, DAM overview.
Stakeholder management and regulatory communication.

Office Timing 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
All Sundays, 3rd and 4th Saturdays are Holiday.
