Role: Senior AI Engineer
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Key Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience building:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Agentic AI workflows
Multi-Agent / Multi-model orchestration
Prompt Engineering
Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications, data sources, and tools
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent frameworks

Backend Development:
Robust experience in backend development using Python / Java / Node.js
REST API development
Microservices
Enterprise integration services

Cloud & DevOps:
Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
Cloud-native application development
GitLab CI/CD or similar DevOps pipelines
Secure application development (Authentication, Authorization, Secrets Management)

AI Observability:
Logging and monitoring
AI performance and cost monitoring
Tracing and instrumentation
Output quality monitoring

Positive to Have:
Multi-Agent Systems




AI Observability Platforms
Hallucination Detection
AI-driven anomaly detection
React / Frontend development
High-throughput distributed systems
Consulting or customer-facing engineering experience

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications using LLMs
Build RAG pipelines and Agentic AI solutions
Develop backend APIs and enterprise integrations
Deploy secure cloud-native AI applications
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Monitor AI system performance, quality, reliability, and cost
Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
