We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated QA Lead with robust hands-on automation expertise to lead quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, driving test automation adoption, mentoring QA team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

This role requires a combination of technical excellence, leadership skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership
Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices across projects.
Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
Drive defect prevention initiatives and root cause analysis activities.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.

Test Planning & Execution
Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability.
Create and oversee comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test execution strategies.
Ensure adequate functional,



integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end test coverage.
Manage testing activities across multiple releases and projects.

Automation Testing
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks.
Identify automation prospects and drive automation adoption across projects.
Develop and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and backend applications.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure automation assets are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.

Agile & DevOps Collaboration
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement quality gates within deployment pipelines.
Support shift-left testing practices and continuous testing initiatives.

Stakeholder Management
Provide regular status updates on quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.
Communicate testing progress, challenges, and mitigation plans to project and program stakeholders.
Partner with leadership teams to drive process standardization and quality improvements.
