Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire recent hotel opportunities
Source suitable commercial properties for opening new hotels in the assigned region.
Evaluate potential locations based on business viability and growth potential.
Negotiate commercials and finalize property acquisition deals.
Build and manage partner relationships
Develop strong relationships with property owners, developers, landlords, brokers, and consultants.
Create mutually beneficial partnerships to support business growth.
Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders.
Coordinate property onboarding
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of current properties.
Track progress and drive end-to-end closure of property launches.
Ensure all operational requirements are completed on time.




Support legal and documentation processes
Coordinate legal due diligence and required documentation.
Facilitate contract execution and property sign-offs.
Monitor portfolio performance
Review the performance of existing properties and operators.
Identify areas of improvement to enhance business contribution and profitability.
Recommend corrective actions wherever required.
Drive expansion opportunities
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
Identify opportunities for portfolio growth through current acquisitions and existing partner networks.
