Role & responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Configure and maintain payroll components including pay structures, calendars, superannuation setup and compliance rules (Australia-specific).
Handle integration between Employee Central and WFS, and support integrations with finance systems and third-party payroll providers.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll calculation issues, retroactive accounting, posting errors, and service requests.
Perform testing, validation, and reconciliation of payroll and time results, including year-end activities
Collaborate with finance teams for General Ledger postings (FI/CO integration).
Lead root cause analysis, recommend process improvements, and identify prospects for automation.
Support payroll implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
