Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, sales, and support functions.
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for Tekla Detailers, Modelers, Checkers, Sales Executives, and other positions.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage payroll activities by coordinating attendance, leave records, salary inputs, statutory deductions, and payroll processing with the finance/accounts team.
Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate employee training, performance appraisals, and career development programs.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and employee performance reports for management.




Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
Experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
Experience in Engineering, Construction, EPC, Manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
Good knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Experience with HRMS/payroll software is an advantage.
Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
