Role & responsibilities
Manage the operation, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of chemical and gas distribution systems.
Handle process chemicals such as HF, HCl, HO, KOH, additives, and other industrial chemicals.
Handle specialty and process gases including Silane, Ammonia, TMA, Boron, Nitrogen, Oxygen, CH, and other industrial gases.
Execute installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of chemical and gas systems.
Read, interpret, and implement P&ID; (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) drawings.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards, chemical and gas storage regulations, and hazardous material handling procedures.
Manage chemical and gas leak response, waste treatment, and emergency handling procedures.
Operate and maintain chemical and gas distribution systems, Valve Manifold Boxes (VMBs), and Helium Leak Detection systems.




Monitor and maintain bulk chemical and gas storage, transfer, and transportation systems.
Operate and maintain Nitrogen Generation Plants.
Ensure proper functioning of gas leak detection systems (Honeywell, Riken Keiki), UV fire sensors, fire extinguishers, and related safety equipment.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, procurement teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Lead and supervise a team of approximately 15 technicians/operators.
Maintain operational records, preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
Ensure adherence to all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
