Job Description

We are hiring an experienced AI Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, MLOps, and cloud platforms, with proven experience leading AI engineering teams and delivering production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Build and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Lead AI engineers and data scientists while mentoring team members.




Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and solution strategies.
Develop scalable AI pipelines and production-ready deployments.
Implement MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, CI/CD, and governance.
Optimise AI applications for scalability, performance, security, and cost.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Experience
8–15 years of IT experience.
4+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
2+ years of technical leadership or team management experience.
Experience building production AI applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
