Key Responsibilities
Create realistic and stylized hair, fur, feathers, and other grooming elements for characters and creatures.
Develop and optimize groom assets based on project requirements.
Collaborate closely with modeling, look development, rigging, and animation teams.
Ensure groom assets meet artistic and technical standards.
Troubleshoot and refine grooming setups to achieve the desired visual quality.
Maintain consistency in style and quality across assets.
Optimize groom assets for rendering and production efficiency.

Requirements
Proficiency in grooming tools such as XGen, Yeti, Ornatrix, Houdini Groom, or similar software.
Experience with Autodesk Maya and grooming workflows.
Robust understanding of hair and fur behavior, styling, and shading principles.
Knowledge of rendering pipelines and asset optimization techniques.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work within project deadlines and production schedules.
