Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Industry knowledge, preferably in student placement or related sectors.




Experience in developing business plans, budgets, and skills to monitor progress.
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve demonstrable outcomes.
Solid problem resolution skills and experience working with CRM systems.
A robust, ethical manager who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business, respecting diversity in employees.
Valuable written and verbal English skills.
