Job Description:
Perform CAE simulations to evaluate full vehicle crashworthiness performance for high-speed side impact using LS-DYNA.
Proficiency in Ansa (or) HyperMesh and LS-DYNA, Primer, Metapost.
Robust FEA and crash analysis fundamentals.
Valuable understanding of include structure.
Candidate should have analysis background, should be proficient in model build, setup, debugging, and result postprocessing.
Experience with full vehicle, subsystem, or component-level crash simulations is preferable.
Understanding of vehicle safety regulations.
Valuable understanding of load paths and energy balance in crash events.
